Use a default connector to add cardcorp payments to Shopify
Shopify doesn't allow you to upload third-party plugins to their system, so you must use payment connections that Shopify already supports.

Prerequisites
- To connect Shopify and CardCorp, use the default payment connector called Wallee. Depending on your anticipated volume, you will need a Wallee Basic plan or higher.
- If you don't already have a Wallee account, create a new Wallee plan and wait for it to activate.
- If you have an existing Wallee account that was previously set up with connectors and processors, before you get started, deactivate and delete any configurations you are not using.
- Obtain the CardCorp payment gateway authentication credentials (
entityId
andAuthorization Bearer
) from the CardCorp Support Team. You should have two sets of credentials to configure a test environment and a live environment.
Configure a payment processor
To configure the payment processor, create one configuration for test mode and one for live mode.

Log in to Wallee.

Go to Space > Settings> Main Settings > Processors > Configure Processor.

Search for and select Open Payment Platform, then click Continue in the top right-hand corner.

Complete the New Processor Configuration section.

For the Processor Details, enter a Name for the connection that also describes whether it is live or test (e.g. CardCorp gateway test).

For the Operation Mode, select Live or Test to match a set of credentials.

For the Live Authentication Information, for the Live Entity ID, enter the CardCorp
entityId
. -
For the Live Credentials Type, select Access Token.

For the Live Access Token, enter the
Authorization Bearer
.

In the top right corner, click Create.
The Connectors list displays.From the Connectors list, select the following connectors.
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
- Maestro

In the top right corner, click Save.

If you are configuring live and test credentials, repeat the same configuration process for your other credentials, using a name that indicates a test or live account and selecting the appropriate operation mode.
Configure Connectors
For each card brand, configure the connector using the following steps.

Go to Processor > Connector.

Click the card brand (eg.
Maestro
). -
In the Connector view, click Edit.

In the edit view, make the following configurations.

For Payment Completion - Immediate (default).

For Test Operation Mode, select External.

In the Live Entity ID and Test Entity ID field, add the corresponding test or live
Entity ID
.

To finish, in the top right corner, click Save
When you have configured all your card brands, continue to the next section.
Connect your Shopify store in Wallee
To connect your Shopify store in Wallee, do these steps.

Go to Space > Settings > Main Settings > Shopify > Connect your Shopify Store. A confirmation message confirms the connection to your shop.

In Credentials > click Generate new token.

Wallee will generate and display your Shopify Shop Identifier and Security Token.
Save them in a secure location.
Save your security credentials
After you close the window, you cannot display your Shopify Shop Identifier and Security Token again.
Activate the Shopify payment app
To activate the Shopify payment app, do the following steps.

In Wallee, go to Space > Settings > Features > Shopify Payment > Configure.

Click Connect Shopify Store.

Select w | pay with card offsite.

Enter your Shopify Store URL.

Click Connect Shopify Store.
Install the new integration in Shopify

You will be redirected to your Shopify store, where you will be prompted to log in to your Shopify account. Your added integration is featured on the main screen.

In the upper right corner, click Install App.
The next screen will display an overview of your integration.

In the lower right-hand corner, click Activate w | Pay with Card.
