Customise the dashboard widgets
Configure a new widget on the dashboard
By default, one of each type of widget is present on the dashboard, and all the widgets have the default configuration of All
values, and Month
.
To focus on an aspect of your business, you can create the same widgets with different options. For example, if you sell in multiple currencies, you can create and configure a sales volume widget for each currency.
Move dashboard widgets
To move a dashboard widget:

Click and hold the four-arrow drag handle in the top left corner of the widget

Drag the widget to a new location

Add a widget
You can create unlimited widgets to show data useful to your business. To add a new widget:

Go to Dashboard

At the top of the Reports section, click the (+) Add Widget button

Configure the widget. The selections available will depend on your merchant configuration. If you have multiple elements of one type, a selector will appear.

For Widget Name, enter a meaningful name of up to 18 characters

Select the Widget Type

For Clearing Institution, select one or more acquirers

For Channel, select one or more channels. A channel is an entity in the gateway that receives authorisations. The channel can include risk management configurations such as the 3DS verification requirement.

For Payment Activity and Reserves Activity widgets, forMID, select one or more merchant account identifiers.

For Currency, select one or more currencies.
Configure a new widget

Click Save
The merchant hub adds the new widget after the other dashboard widgets.
Display a widget's configuration
To display a widget's current configuration, hover over the widget gear button.

Display the settings for the sales volume widget
Change widget configuration
To change a widget's configuration:
- Click the gear button and select Settings.
- For the Widget Name, you can enter a custom name of up to 18 characters in length.
- Select from the available settings for the widget and your merchant configuration.
- For example, if you have more than one acquirer, you can select the Clearing Institution, but if you only have one acquirer, as in the above example, this setting is not displayed.
- You can also select more than one element for each configuration. For example, if you have a group of five MIDs and want to view data from two MIDs, you can create a single Sales Volume widget that combines data from these two MIDs.

Delete a widget
To delete a dashboard widget:
- Go to the gear icon in the top right corner of the widget.
- From the gear icon menu, select Delete.
To restore a deleted widget, add a new widget of the same type and configure it.
