Get started with CardCorp Hub

CardCorp Hub is a reporting and insights platform where you can view the authorisations you submit to the gateway in real time. If your acquirer is integrated with CardCorp Hub, you can also view details from the acquirer. These include disputes, fraud, and payments. CardCorp Hub also has reports to help you reconcile your merchant account. See Acquirer and gateway support.

Overview of CardCorp Hub

CardCorp Hub has three main sections: Payments, Dashboard, and Reports. You can access them from the top menu:

From the Payments section, you can display and filter all your transactions. You can move through a group of related transactions with detailed information to track their progress. You can use the action buttons to capture or reverse a pre-authorisation or to refund a payment. And you can Download transactions in a CSV file.

• If your acquirer is integrated with CardCorp Hub your cleared authorisation transactions will be marked as settled. Also, fraud and dispute transactions will appear in the transactions list.

Your Dashboard combines information from different business intelligence systems in your acquirers and processors. The main graphs give you the big picture, and you can also focus on the most important data by customising the widgets.

• If your acquirer is integrated with CardCorp Hub, the dashboard widgets display data on settlement, fraud and disputes (chargebacks and RDR).

The Reports section gives you the Reports overview, which is a processing summary for a specific period. To reconcile your merchant account, you can download your funding reports and check your payment advice. • If your acquirer is integrated with CardCorp Hub, you can track your rolling reserves, disputes, and fraud with reports. This can help you stay ahead of any possible issues with your merchant account.
