Get started with Connect by CardCorp

Connect by CardCorp is a reporting platform where you can view the authorisations you submit to the gateway in real time. If your acquirer is integrated with Connect by CardCorp, you can also view details from the acquirer, such as disputes, fraud, and payments, and Connect by CardCorp can help you reconcile your merchant account. Overview of Connect by CardCorp

Connect by CardCorp has three main sections, which you can access from the top menu: Payments, Dashboard, and Reports.

From the Payments section, you can display and filter all of your transactions and move through a group of related transactions with detailed information to track their progress. You can use the action buttons to capture or reverse a pre-authorisation or to refund a payment. And you can Download transactions in a CSV file.

• If your acquirer is integrated with Connect by CardCorp your cleared authorisation transactions will be marked as settled, and fraud and dispute transactions will be displayed in the transactions list.

Your Dashboard combines information from different business intelligence systems in your acquirers and processors to give you the big picture. You can also focus on the most important data for your business by customising the dashboard widgets.

• If your acquirer is integrated with Connect by CardCorp, the dashboard widgets will display data on settlement, fraud and disputes (chargebacks and RDR).

The Reports section gives you the Reports overview, which is a processing summary for a specific period. To reconcile your merchant account, you can download your funding reports and check your payment advice.
